Kartavya Architects is a leading design firm, which was established in 2014. Ever since its inception, Kartavya has designed and executed more than 150 projects varying from residential, commercial, retail, row housing townships and multi storey apartments. Time bounded design commitments, contemporary flavor in design element and specializing in construction administration are the key factor which makes Kartavya stand apart from the rest and carve a niche in the competitive market.

At Kartavya, we strongly believe construction administration is an integral part of design execution and it can’t be differentiated and left aside from the process. The projects displayed here are a small glimpse of an abundant possibility which is yet to come.

Lokesh Jain was very clear of his passion and pursued the same from a very young age. He designed his first project which was his friend’s house in his village, when he was in eleventh standard. Not knowing about the designing standards, wall thickness to dropping by random sites and meeting with contractors drawing on the graph paper to figure out the same, his curiosity led a path to his future. Again while his academics of 5 years; he designed couple of residences and commercial clusters which made him practically more updated and confident when he graduated in 2012. After a brief stint with Ar.Krithika Subrahmanian, Chennai, he shifted the paradigm and brought the horizons closer, further to set up his own practice in 2014.
